I recommend every to watch the full video also on the first page. It is over 30 minutes but well worth it. It shows th full picture. That SA man is surely going home with more investments apart from preventing Trump from pulling out US companies in South Africa. He was wise with adding whites (a few of them farmers) from his team to answer Trump's questions and that was what quelled the whole issue that it was a case of wide spread violence that the white farmers were caught up in. One thing of note is that we now have to it that SA is a violent prone society and foreigners shouldn't feel safe moving around especially if they easily slit the throats of their fellow blacks in the rural areas. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Honestly, the kind of customers that buy ogogoro should not be what kids should be exposed to.

Kobojunkie: In his furst post, he mentioned sending money for school fees, school bag and shoes. He also mentioned that he would prefer making future payments directly to the school. With this alone, he has a good stand with the welfare department. Even if he is not given the kids, the fact that the welfare could compel his wife to the kids in school would be a great step. If he leaves them now to chase more money, the harm of a spoilt basic education would have been done to the innocent kids. |

@kobojunkie, what he is chasing now is that his kids be sent to school instead of being used by the grandmother to hawk ogogoro.

If we recall how state governments can easily mobilize task force from the police, military and maybe other security units just to seize motorcycles, one would wonder why they don't use the same ion in resolving this genocide by now.

Only one good thing about this. The floor will now be open do encourage more senators to be recalled. Once the populace has the voice and power to decide those who govern them, politicians will sit up. |

Bittersweetnig: 1. Thunder strikes. Solution is to have lightening arrestors on the roof. Also, grounding to earth. 2. Improper wiring. Solution is to use wires of the appropriate grade in linking the s and other components. 3. Air gap missing between solar s and roof. Solution is to ensure there should be space for air flow under the s so there is no heat trapped between s and roofing. 1 Like 2 Shares |

If he was not part of the problem, he should have ensured the immediate recovery of the guns that could be used to kill his own men and other civilians. Quite excessive of the police as it was easy to understand what she meant but they'd rather look for a way to pin something on her. Furthermore, she was within the region of the drugstore when she made the call and hadn't even gotten home before the police caught up with her. There was no justifyable reason to search her house. I doubt they would have done same to a citizen. |

Man age 28 Woman age 22 Married for 8 years? The math seems skeptical. I could have said probably immaturity but domestic violence news nowadays cuts across all ages. I find it funny how people find it hard to call it quits if the going is not smooth anymore. Another part is the person being left not willing to let go. People should learn to believe in themselves and stay where they are appreciated not where tolerated. How the person you trust to protect you becomes the very danger to run from beats me. The person you promised to love is the one you raise your hands against. It baffles me o. This is one spousal murder too many. 5 Likes 1 Share |

He probably forgot about the customs rice stampede and immigration recruitment stampede. Even government forces make mistakes. But I do get the point that mistakes happen everywhere. I think government should provide checklist guide so that anyone making public donations can read and follow. That way, all the basics would be known and lesser of these incidents happen. In addition, programs like assisted living centers for homeless to sleep in, soup kitchens and so on should be organized under the welfare departments where people could easily donate and make it a reoccurring program. People need those helps now. |

descarado: Nobody. The China man will always get his yuan. I spoke more on this in the post above. https://nairaland.moviesx.org/8303222/nigeria-snubs-dollar-renews-3.2/2#133478754 |

SalamRushdie: The Chinese won't be paid in naira but rather their own yuan while Nigerians here will be paid in naira for international transactions. In international trade, there sis something called Letter of Credit (LC) which is sent by a buyer's back to the seller's bank assuring that the money for the good purchased is available and will be settled when due. That way, the Chinese pay the fee in yuan while the Nigerian gets pain in naira. Take note, the Chinese buy a lot of raw materials from us. Our importers too will pay in naira and the Chinese bank pays the seller over there in yuan. At the time if interbank settlement, the country that owes will balance out the other. The dollar will have no show unlike being the current status quo. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

SalamRushdie: 30% of Nigeria's imports are from china. Most of these payments are settled in dollars. Imagine if almost of of these by the dollar and the naira to dollar strain that will be reduced. That way will let the dollar rate fall. In addition, Nigeria will be the clearing house for Africa - China meaning that the position the dollar currently holds is the same position the naira will now hold as an intermediary currency. This will raise the value of the naira. With other African countries having lesser demand on the dollar, it will fall drastically. Politically, BRICKS will cash in on this leading to further dollar fall. I could almost say Nigeria might lead to the downfall of the united states. The yuan swap deal was initiated some years ago but Nigeria later halted its part probably due to pressure from the US. In short, delaying it meant the citizens of Nigeria had to bear the weight that kept the US economy. Now, that will change or it might also be another gra gra just to get a Nigeria - US pressure on something we've been asking united states for and later cut it again. However, knowing our president likes to make money flow in, this one might come to fruition. 4 Likes 3 Shares |

Speeding1: I was literally about to same thing about the quick arrest response. Unlike before, we wouldn't even hear anything after the carnage and mayhem. This also prevents issues of revenge attacks if people see the government will not let such massacres go unanswered. For now though, we can't say who attacked the village yet as I know tgat sometimes fellow indigenes competing over resources could also instigate such attacks. I hope we hear more info in coming days. 2 Likes 1 Share |

We should have proper welfare systems in place to take care of these. Soup kitchens to offer continuous free food services. Assisted living for the poor. A database of poor people and their numbers so money does not need to be given physically. If the welfare sections of local governments handle these on a regular basis, there won't e any fear of inadequacies leading to stampedes. 1 Like 1 Share |
