You can't add it again like the rest on their site, the way you did initially.

Use the us button, choose add an additional qualification, type the necessary details and submit.

Then use hellofax to send a copy of the certificate to WES. After that, go and apply for the transcript to be sent to WES.

OK THANKS. Quick question pls.... I faxed my degree certificate and statement of result to them and they are claiming that they didn't receive it.

when I called the customer care earlier, she told me that they do not accept faxed credentials. I'm wondering if i'm i suppose to send a photocopy of my degree certificate and statement of result via courier for almost 10k when i can easily send soft copies

More so, many people have been sending soft copies to them...why are they rejecting mine

Please for those that are married that have got their PPR..did you ed your registry marriage online on the intergovernmental marriage website?..or its not compulsory to do this.

You can simply go there and tel them you're going to the fingerprints department for PCC request. You can also use a . in my case i had some connect me with a within. Once in the fingerprints section, i found 2 other people there for the same. they were charged 10k as well and was told it will be ready the same day as mine. Didn't have to tip anyone after. so i'm guessing it's straightforward.

I guess it depends on how you are going about your evaluation. Officially, you are suppose to courier the docs. But they have been accepting fax silently which is good.

I wouldn't call them to ask about a doc i faxed. If i dont get a response in good time, i will fax again Afterall, its free

Fax the certificate alone this time. CIPM SOR looks like transcripts of universities which is why it is mostly confused by WES for that.
