A Good non interest bond. It's good international bodies are having confidence in our debt repayment system. Unlike the 2005 shameful plea for the reduction of the Paris club debt.

abuhusna1: Is it their fault.....if the refineries govt spent billions on is working , pple can say govt is getting better... If the subsidy removal has translated to anything good for the masses, they can have faith in govt.... One person stole 753 mansions, another stole gvt money and paid tuition of child yet unborn..yet no ability . .common wealth meant for 200million pple is just shared by few pple in govt....yet u are wondering why pple to pessimistic.....okay ooooo.. the question should be how do y'all have bl!nd faith in a govt robbing Nigerians since they came into power.... 2 Likes |

The truth is the elites and the investment guys are having it good time in this government only that this government ensures that their numbers will not increase as he's sinking more average citizens into poverty. I've always known Tinubu to be an elitist. Buhari that supposed to be for the masses lacked enforcement and follow-through capacity so, his programs for the masses were hijacked by the jackals. The obvious sign that Nigerians are the enemies of Nigerians. This is the time for the money bags to grow and the masses are groaning. All will be well |

SeeWahala: That simply means you were not positioned or resourced to take advantage of emergent opportunities. No shame in that. Success is not served a la carte. 4 Likes |

BreconHills: In a normal democracy the masses do not have to struggle for their dividends on a first come first serve basis. That's why it's good to have visited other countries to see their own standards before making blanket statements like you just did |
kafeii123: 9:32am On May 29 |
This is not good news at all...it means so many people are sure that the country's economy is bad that it can never improve significantly within the nxt one year
|
nedu666: 9:33am On May 29 |
Why is this news. Every treasury bills, bonds, euro and dollar bonds are oversubscribed. So it is not a new thing. 17% interest is better than nothing. And if you check properly it's banks that are pouring money into government backed securities and lending less to public. That how they make hundreds of billions in profits

SeeWahala: Hahaha what I said is true of any country outside of a communists country. Try again. There is no western democracy that serves success a la carte. Please name one. Unless of course you don't know the meaning of the term. 3 Likes |
