Good el-rufai has found his voice. But, he's letting out too much too early. Play your card close to your chest. This is neither Jonathan nor Buhari in politics. This is a political Machiavelli. His competence in governance is in doubt due to obvious results but, his competence in politics is A+.
So, when dealing with him be guided. Mind you the only person that he hasn't dined with at least publicly in the coalition is Peter Obi who I see as the only far person for Tinubu in that mix, the rest have worked with him, he already has a dossier of your strength and weakness and loophole to manoeuver in due time.
Well, I still love the coalition and how it's gaining momentum but, Tinubu can't be unseat in 2027 election without drastic proactive electoral reform that is masses-centric. But, counting on any politicians to unseat Tinubu in 2027, is a pipe dream

Yes he didn't but bringing out Jakande's achievements doesn't diminished the fact that Tinubu projected Lagos to the stage it is now. Jakande did what regular governors do but what about vision for the likes of free trade zone, Alaro city etc which are what set Lagos apart from others. Look at the Lagos-Calabar Coastal road for instance, those are the kinds of projects that brings real prosperity. It's beyond ordinary wannabe but real visionary leader like Tinubu to embark on.

Tinubu must not continue to answer Nigeria's President in 2027. All well meaning Nigerians must come together to stop Bola Tinubu in 2027 or Nigeria will risk becoming Sudan and Libya combined, this is not a joke.


If all the Southeast Governors and Senators and Reps want let them all decamp to APC and also relocate to Bourdillion to live with Tinubu, it wont stop Igbo people from voting Tinubu out. We only need Northerners to do same; hold your region and make sure Tinubu doesn't get 10%, we Igbos will hold Southeast and Southsouth for the coalition. Tinubu is a gonner



And for Igbos, there is no going back on aligning fully with Atiku/North to oust Tinubu in 2027. All Igbos must work together to deliver Atiku at all cost. Igbos should declare their for Atiku now.....Tinubu already showed his hatred for Igbos through his lopsided appointments and bias handling of Southeast affairs, including Nnamdi Kanu's case.

In Nigeria, for anyone to become President, two major tribes from Northern part and Southern part must work together to that Presidential candidate; its either Hausa-Fulanis + Igbos or Hausa-Fulanis + Yorubas.

Tinubu understood this mathematics and he used it against Goodluck Jonathan by carrying the whole Yorubas to align with Buhari even when they know Buhari is a disaster waiting to happen.



So Igbos must play the same dirty game.....Peter Obi even though I know you are more than competent and capable, the reality of Nigeria's dirty politics is that you must stoop too low to conquer....so please dear Igbos...beg Peter Obi to not contest in 2027 or let him align with Atiku as his running mate.....Tinubu wanted to do it with Buhari but Buhari refused because of their Moslem Moslem religion.



Peter Obi should deputize Atiku......but the whole North must show seriousness in working seriously with Atiku and not allow Tinubu's dollar and vain political promises to sway them from working with Atiku.

Lawmaker scores Lagos Water Corporation low

A Lagos State lawmaker, Mr Saka Fafunmi, on Thursday expressed dissatisfaction at the performance of the state Water Corporation.

Fafunmi, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly (LAHA), said in Ikeja that the corporation had not been able to justify statutory allocations to it.

The lawmaker, who represents Ifako-Ijaiye Constituency 1 at the assembly, spoke to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

He said that the corporation had the capacity to generate much fund internally through water rates but had relied solely on government funding because of poor performance.

'' Anyone that is using water will be willing to pay for it; the corporation has not been giving us water.

"Is there any new community that Water Corporation has given water? People depend on boreholes; even government estates have industrial boreholes.

"Why do we keep pumping money into an agency that does not give us the desired results?'' he asked.

He noted that the Adiyan Waterworks was located at Ifako-Ijaiye, where many of the residents had resorted to digging boreholes as a means of getting water.

''A lot of people are falling sick because they don't drink clean water.

''In the same compound, where you have sewage, is where you have a borehole.

''There is no way you can manage the sewage that it will not leak and pollute the water; everyone drinking such is drinking contaminated water,'' he said.

The lawmaker urged the corporation to increase water reticulation and supply to residents.

If Jakande had executed the water projects in Lagos, why does Tinubu need to do the same? Does he need to destroy the Jakande's water project or embark on other projects? Even if we agreed that Jakande performed well, does that means Tinubu didn't? Ask yourself why has Lagos continued to advance infrastructurally ever since?

Though I think Tinubu faced his biggest political battle in 2023 when he had Muslim-muslim ticket and had the APC and central bank all fighting him, they even made Naira scarce just to make the people hate APC more.

He said he wanted to teach Lagos how to end godfatherism but it is his own successor in his state that is showing the people of Kaduna how to end Elrufai's godfatherism in Kaduna. Another man in Kwara that said he wanted to reduce Tinubu to an ordinary citizen, we know how Otoge tsunami blew him away in Kwara.
