His case was originally set for April 28, but Effiong’s team and the Director of Public Prosecutions pushed to move it up, and the court agreed. They’ll be at the Apapa Magistrate Court in Ajegunle—Sikiru Adagun Courthouse, Court No. 9. Effiong’s thrilled about this step forward and will be there with Quadri’s family. He’s keeping the details about why this is happening for the courtroom, but he’s hopeful, saying, “History will vindicate the just.”
