I come from Ebonyi and I live in Akwa Ibom but I think Cross River is the cleanest state because I have been to Ikom, Ugep and Calabar, for goodness sake these towns are neat but on the other hand aside Uyo, which other town is near in Akwa Ibom? Is it Eket? Or Oron?
And aside Abakaliki,in Ebonyi state which other town is neat? Is it Afikpo? Or Amasiri?
Cross River remains the nearest state for me, others can follow in any order
