Way to go.

You cannot buy a court judgement and expect the powers that be to follow it.

Demolish everything and use that tractor to pack Bayero, his load and his family out of that palace.

Arrant nonsense!!!

What they don't know is that Sanusi is a stooge of the West, Bill Gates, BlackRock and other global establishment. I pity the northerners, the southerne even more.

Games of throne 😂😁😁😂

Let them maintain status quote

I could blame Sanusi and also give him some respect

When he was dethrone he left which was good but a highly educated person like Sanusi should have not accept to be an Emir again because of what happened previously

He should think, what if APC win again in Kano, they might Still dethrone and embarrassed him the second time haba

As for Ado Bayero, I respect u but u are political motivated

I dnt know who is giving u all this confidence but the Kano government has more power than federal government as far as Kano State is concerned.

Let see how it will go.
Ado Bayero/ APC 1
Sanusi/NNPP 2

The judiciary will burn this country if they continue this way. What's the business of Justice Liman and the Federal High Court in a matter that's purely within the purview of a state high court?

what happened in Plateau State. The rascality of the judiciary have meant that many constituency in the state have no representation at the state house of assembly.

Same thing happened in Imo State in 2020, happened in the Akpabio and Lawan's cases last year.

If Nigerians don't take over their country now, it may be too late.

It's a family affair. Meanwhile, Sanusi didn't pull such stunt when he was initially evicted. Why all this drama.

Bcoz Sanusi committed act of insubordination and mismanagement of over #4b Emirate funds to which he couldn't give hence his removal.

Unlike Bayero who was never queried nor committed any infractions. The power that be in the state, particularly kwankwaso just wanted him out.

You caused the state house of assembly to a law today, you signed it same day and you announced his removal for no offense.

Another childish game and unecessary action.

Now you want to bulldoze the property to flex muscle then in a year time comes back and tell the public you want to use N30billion to rebuild it like that resources waster baby politician called Fubara that bulldozed state assembly out of show of power and now want to use over N20billion to rebuild it, then why did you bulldozed it in the first place?

Mr governor grow up stop being silly you have issue with Bayero and not the building, the building does not belong to Bayero but belong to the Emirate. Use your brain.

Because both the state government and federal Government were on the same page to remove sanusi. Both now they are on different pages, state government wants sanusi, federal Government wants Bayero

The Judiciary has officially lost it since that demonic Yoruba man started heading the supreme court. A law that was valifly ed by the state legislative arm cannot be nullify by the court another arm of government. Bayero is not wanted by his employers so he should go, it's not by force.
grin Yoruba will surely be your end…Ashiere😂😂

Senseless analysis of the ruling
Are you from Agulu ?!

Antoeni:
IMPLICATIONS OF TODAYS KANO FHC JUDGEMENT ON KANO EMIRSHIP TUSSLE:

1. The court voided all actions taken AFTER the interim
order was granted but also granted stay of proceedings
until the determination of an appeal by the Responents

This means:

2. The law that sacked Aminu Ado, the Emirates Law
2024 remains valid because it was assented BEFORE the
interim order.

3. The ruling has voided Sanusi's enthronement because
it came AFTER the order, for it being comtempteous
against the court.

4.. The ruling has effectively created a vacuum in the Kano emirates. That is, Aminu Ado was duly deposed, but
Sanusi was not duly enthroned.

4. Fourth and the most interesting part is that the court
has granted stay of proceedings pending the
determination of the appeal.

5. The stay bars all parties from taking any steps to
enforce the ruling until after its determination on Appeal.

6. So, in essence, Sanusi remains Emir and the legal battle
moves to the Court of Appeal.

AS THE COURT PLEASES

Gradually, enmity is creeping in the trajectory of Northern politics.

Meaning; their unity isn't as strong as it use to be in the past, and what this means is that indirectly, the South might overtake the North in of power.

And you don’t want that? grin

Bayero should have done what sanusi did, leave quietly but he can’t do that anymore now, na fight to finish dem dey do rn, whoever loses might have to leave the shores of 9ja due to shame or prolly live an obscure life till his demise.

Bro just dey look the foolish governor. Since he assumed office pls show me one thing he has achieved so far than unecessay fighting and distracting himself from his core duties to his state.

This was how Obaseki wasted a whole 8 years fighting everybody and did nothing. Same way Fabara or whatever left his core job as a governor busy fighting and listening to obidient who are cursed distractiors and since he came to power can't point to anything meaningful he has done so far than fighting everybody. I hate people like them in politics.

The thing is this; The Federal High court does not have jurisdiction over chieftaincy matters. The Federal court is not even supposed to entertain the case. So under the law, all orders given by that court is null and void.

Then, this is just the governor telling Bayero that he's the governor.
