The effective and efficient system to monitor security and ister timely justice trumps any other development objective.

Na aboki people, that is how one night they came and remove the iron platform we use to cover the gutter in front of our house to enables us drive in and out.
We woke in the morning we could not drive out again, those abokii shouting iron kwandem came and remove the platform and also remove my AC outdoor unit.
I have been shouting for neighbour lets rectified this faulty gate that is porous just a push you are in the compound.
Until something happened that is when everybody wake up.
That day the gate was fixed and concrete slab was what we agree no longer iron platform before iron kwandem will come and remove it again.
