It is indeed a great improvement that civil servants can now protest in Abia state freely which they could not do under 24 years of PDP dictatorship in the state.Under previous istration if you protest you will either get fired or kidnapped at night.People were dying in silent while they were been owed 30 months salary.Make una give Alex Otti a break.

It's good to show performing governors what's bad so they don't leave any area behind.

What is the offence in drawing government attention to issues? The OP is a good citizen. It is up to Alex Otti and his Oti mkpus to respond with timeline for resolution. That is what he swore to do for Abians in the next 4 years and I believe he has the capacity to do so.
