Sure, depending on the amount u want to move. I moved $2000+ recently to my Dom and was charged $40.

The new USD s from Grey don't work with Payoneer or Upwork because these platforms use ACH transfer, and Grey's USD s do not accept those kinds of transfers for now. Your funds might be reversed to Payoneer. I experienced something similar recently. I withdrew funds from my Upwork to my virtual USD , and after 3 days, the transaction failed, and the money was reversed.
