- Do I need a pre-departure test result?

I would rather confirm this from the airline I'll be taking. Usually not but safer to discuss with the airline.

- On arrival, do I do both Day-2 & Day-8 tests or just Day-2 test?

Day 2 only but, must remain indoors until result is out.
(Don't forget to book this before flying as you'll be needing the reference number/ confirmation for your airline and point of entry.

- Can you recommend a good test provider in the UK?

I wasn't affirming, just suggesting. Besides the email was sent on Tuesday (exaclty 2 weeks after my biometrics) after which I sent a paid mail to ukvi and they responded that decision has been made. Like I said, not everyone got the mail from my school

If you are fully vaccinated you will need a pre departure pcr test done 48hrs before departure and you also need to book day 2 test to be done when you arrived in the UK, they will ask you for evidence of all these at the airport even before you get your boarding .

Please kindly assist me, I have been trying to get new date for biometric since Tuesday and no available date for biometric appointment. Could you please put me through how I can scale through to get the date for biometric. I have selected VI when am filling the form. Funny thing is that I have been sleeping in vi for past 3days, next week Tuesday night against Wednesday morning is my turn on the list.
I don't think is possible if i can appear without appointment and pay the 55poumds by hand plus 42k walk-in.

1. I submitted my application but my sponsor who's the main application will just be having Biometrics on 4th January. IS THERE ANY IMPLICATION FOR SUBMITTING BEFORE MAIN APPLICANT? she could not get earlier date at ikeja TLS other than 4th.

2. I discovered today that we forgot to pof as ing document for our son who has Biometrics on 6th January, WHAT CAN WE DO PLEASE?

Check any of the TLS mail you've received. Look at the bottom of the mail and you will see us. Click on it and it will open on a new browser with several links that includes refund request.

I don't think it's fixed. Some people got it cheaper, and it could be more for some others. I know someone that got deducted 556 to one pounds using same Globus Bank.
Just have excess money in case they wanna sell at high exchange rate
