There are so many of us in that same shoe, it simply means the application won't be decided at the original time frame, and that doesn't mean it will be rejected either. Just pray the decision comes out soonest

You are correct.
If anyone has to collect money for an assistance it should be spelt out.
Helping midway and making demands that keeps the applicant in a fix is sheer evil.
And sure it’s no big deal for any one who wishes to use an agent.
But seriously some of those agents don’t have as much information we have on this heard hence my summation.

Going to the UK to study has nothing to do with whether you can fill visa application or not.

Sometimes it could range from different factors like time, availability,funds etc.

That been said, if you want to assist someone tell the person from the beginning this is your take on it. It's left for the person to agree or not. Not at the point of submission you change the rule of the game by telling you person to pay else you won't proceed with the application.

Don't overthink it or analyse what you think border agents will ask. The chances of them asking is slim except questions related to school.

Correction while in the UK is a easier/better option.

Pls gurus in the house. I stated in my application that i had no relative in the UK, based on their "definition" or more appropriately my interpretation. However, what i've been seeing here lately makes me concerned as i would be staying @ my Uncle's placs for my quarantine. I do not want to contradict myself nor give room for the border agents to use me to shine. How do i navigate this situation.

Why can't you look for a cheap hotels and do your quarantine peacefully? You can book online check for cheap ones per night, even if you know someone you and your hubby will make the place additional risk if any of you had covid. That's where the problem will come from. They will need to visit your file lol.

Not sure immigration officers readily have information on your application. This they can get if ever one gets the white slip.

Many have used school address or booked a hotel and quarantined elsewhere. I did same. mine was a different city, but I did declare I had an in-law in my application.

The enger locator form, if memory serves me right, did not ask name of my host, just address and my phone number.

Please always try to declare these things or just stay away totally (at least on record)

I know my classes start on the 4th too, but I received an email last week that the final resumption for classes is the 25th of October.

It's not everyone that had the intention of not declaring. I personally asked for details of my relation in the UK hoping to declare it. I was deceived by the list they showed of the meaning of a family. I didn't know it was an example or including some relationships that may not be obvious. If I had tried selecting YES maybe I could have seen the options that suits my relationship, but I didn't. It's still paining me because my relation was already planning for the arrival of my family to host them. Now I have to spend money to quarantine elsewhere or go to a friend's place which is quite inconveniencing for me, my family, and possibly my friend.

I do hope I could have a way of sorting this error soon or forever pretend that I don't have a relation in the UK.
