If you are careful observer of Nairaland front-page, you would have seen the increased frequency at which Islam related thread about Igboland are promoted.

They are often created in politics section and then moved to Islamic section were Igbo's are barred from making or replying comments. The threads are moved to front-page with only Muslims allowed to make comments on Igbo matters.

The Southeast and south south divide and rule strategy employed over the years looks like it has collapsed or no longer looks viable. Choicelessly, Fulani's and other one Nigerianist are using phantom 'Igbo Muslim' persecution to clutch at straw. We must be ready to counter these lies and blackmail and recognise that the "battle" now has a new frontier.
