Did you read the wife's writeup. It's only a secret if she knew it was wrong in the first place and purposely did not let the husband know. She said she thought the husband knew that the documents were in her name, because she did not see it as an issue having in the documents in her name only. Probably she did it to simplify the buying process since the guy was not around. He was out of the country with his sick dad.

it's not a secret but the husband was not aware of the name on the document. also if thought the husband knew she wouldn't use that as a way to attack the husband back for his statement.
