According to well-known journalist Fabrizio Romano, Ange Postecoglou has been dismissed by Tottenham Hotspur, and an official announcement is expected shortly.
The 59-year-old Postecoglou became Spurs’ head coach in the summer of 2023.
In the 2023–24 season, under the Australian coach’s guidance, Tottenham finished 5th in the Premier League.
However, in the 2024–25 season, the team recorded 11 wins, 5 draws, and 22 losses, finishing 17th with 38 points — their worst-ever Premier League finish.
Despite that, Postecoglou led Tottenham to a UEFA Europa League final victory over Manchester United, ending the club’s 17-year trophy drought.
Multiple journalists, including The Telegraph’s Matt Law, have reported that Postecoglou has been sacked, and the news is expected to be confirmed soon.

Emphatically yes it is more than possible. No parent does not love each child equally even though some may seem to adopt attitudes that the parents do not like but still yet they still love them. As parents we may show errant or deviant children our displeasure or we may withdraw our affection but it does not in any way mean we do not love them. Look at the prodigal child in the Bible. Even though the child forced the Parent to give him his inheritance in an unorthodox manner which defines custom and tradition, the Parent still obliged and the child wasted those scarce resources for nothing but the vanity and the banality of flesh. Yet when the child came back the Bible tells us the Father ran and met him while he had not yet approached home and kissed him and made a great banquet. So yes All Parents love all their children even though their may be some who are deviants i agree but no true Parent to their call will chose to hate a child they prayed and asked God who they nurtured and trained to any adult age would reject them based on their prodigality tendencies....
Dear brother, are u married? Have u been blessed with kids?

Then your kids are still young and have not yet developed very distinct personalities. When they do, you will see the ones that remind you of you, or of your mother, or your wife, etc.
I agreed 💯 with u

It's not possible.... The best any parent can do is to hide their favouritism.... Even that's also hard but achievable
Must parents have favourite?

In order to love your children equally, you have to first acknowledge the fact that you've been subjecting them to favouritism, something parents will never do, especially African parents... They'd rather try to manipulate the least favourite child or children into submission than acknowledging their desires to be treated equally with their other siblings.
Nothing you do will ever be enough for such parents... So the best thing to do is to just accept your fate, focus on empowering yourself and move on... Go where you're appreciated.
So politics start from home

1. I have never actually met parents who did that... loved their kids equally.
2. I don't know if it is possible, and it would be great if it were. But I have yet to meet parents who do.
But can u do it? Do u think it's possible not to have favourite among your kids?

My Dearest Nairalanders,. here we go today!
I strongly believe All children in a family should be treated equally, to prevent psychological problems. But sometimes, parents do have a special favourite.
Although, it is possible for parents to have a stronger emotional bond with one child over another, though this can vary based on numerous factors. The funniest part is that Most parents are not aware that they may have a favorite child and generally feel that they love all their children the same.
Is there anyway to love all the kids in a family equality?

Personal Assistant to formal President Muhammadu Buhari on New Media and Digital Communications, Bashir Ahmad has finally received the #1,500,000 he mistakenly sent to Obi Ikechukwu Marcel
Previous thread
I just can’t understand why some of our institutions fail to protect us. In late December 2024, I mistakenly transferred money to the wrong bank belonging to one Obi Ikechukwu Marcel. I reported the incident to ProvidusBank, the bank I made the transfer from, and they directed me to myAccessBank, the recipient’s bank.
At Access Bank, they ed Mr. Ikechukwu, who confirmed receiving the money but was unwilling to return it.
When the bank representative informed him that his would be flagged to prevent him from any further transactions, he then asked for some time to decide. However, after a week, when they tried to reach him again, he stopped answering calls. Eventually, Access Bank restricted his , yet they told me there was nothing more they could do unless I obtained a court order.
To my shock, when I went to the court to obtain the order, I was told that I had to pay 20% of the disputed amount upfront before they would proceed with the process.
Honestly, this experience has left me deeply frustrated. How can a system that should protect us instead make us so vulnerable?
This is not just about my case, it is about the lack of institutional that allows injustice to thrive.
Finally update
After calling out all parties involved (Providus Bank, Access Bank, Obi Marcel) over three months ago, and seven months after the initial erroneous transaction, I am relieved to share that this case has finally been resolved.
Back in late December 2024, I mistakenly transferred money to the wrong , belonging to one Obi Ikechukwu Marcel. Though he acknowledged receiving the funds but refused to return them. So Access Bank initially restricted his , but informed me that nothing further could be done unless I obtained a court order.
So, after going through all legal procedures, I finally secured a court order which compelled Access Bank to force Mr. Ikechukwu to eventually return my money, N1,500,000, something he had refused to do voluntarily or honorably.

The Greatest footballer of all time, Cristiano Ronaldo’s future is a hot topic of speculation following the start of the summer transfer window, and Fabrizio Romano has revealed the current state of play regarding the Manchester United and Real Madrid legend.
Ronaldo’s contract at Al-Nassr expires on 30 June, with uncertainty over what steps the five-time unbiased Ballon d’Or winner will take next.
There have been reports linking him to various clubs, with the likes of Wydad Casablanca and Botafogo believed to have an interest in the player ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup. Rumours have also raged that he could trade Al-Nassr for bitter rivals Al-Hilal in a deal that would stun Saudi football.
Romano has detailed the current position of Ronaldo, who at 40 years old continues to be one of the most marketable and recognisable faces in the game. The football transfer news reporter says that Al-Nassr are still pushing for an agreement.
“Al-Nassr are set to present their plan to Cristiano Ronaldo hoping to get new deal sorted,” he reported on X.

una just like forming saint after causing trouble, na wa oh, na only una de Nigeria self? Lol
Read this:
The controversy began on Wednesday, May 21, when Dr. Olarinmoye reacted to Afrobeat singer Davido’s comments about his Igbo ancestry by writing on her Facebook page: "I would ensure my kids marry Yoruba."
Out of the 371 tribes you claim are in Nigeria, Davido said he came from the Igbo tribe as his mother happens to come from Anambra state and that was when the razz lecturer ed that her children must marry only Yoruba, what does that mean? It's a direct attack on the tribe Davido identified with, stop pretending or twisting facts.
You know why she said that but as usual, you guys are very good at pretence and treachery.
And listen, she making sure her children marry only Yoruba is her choice but coming online on a post where a famous music star identified with his mother's tribe to say such thing makes that woman a very despicable human being, it was an obvious attack on Igbo tribe Davido identified with, so whatever criticisms she got she fully deserved it
Davido said he came from the Igbo tribe as his mother happens to come from Anambra state
Davido mother is Edo.
