That's what we need now. This country is just getting worse as the day goes by. We owe our children a better future, though not in this contraption of a Nigeria.

This government remains the worst in the history of this country's democratic dispensation, that's if we even have a democracy.

And as for those still asslicking the excesses of this government, continue. One day, your mouths will be full of shit.

Most of the bills ed so far under this istration is never to uplift the masses but to either exploit them or keep bloating the expensive cost of governance.

So bad for the country

First, let me acknowledge that Sandra Eze has right of movement but walking out of the live program was unprofessional and huge disrespect to her co-presenters, the viewers and her employers. Sandra is not as cerebral and critical as Tope Mark-Odigie but she applies professionalism. One day, Sandra will own a TV show or TV stations and I will see if she will applaud and promote an employee who walks out on her live program.

Second, let me also acknowledge that Sandra Eze has right of expression but not respecting the corporate interest of your employer is pure SABOTAGE. TVC gave her platform for fame and experience. If an election was up in a few days and somebody made a careless statement that would damage the political fortune of your employer and you were told not to escalate the sensitive issue, why go ahead and escalate? Even Agatha Amata's TV she is currently working with was funded by ex-governor Uduaghan. So, will they spare her if she deliberately did anything that would damage his political fortune?

A typical illustration is the fact that many people who disagree with #EndSars protest organizers' tactics are exercising restraint to criticize because of far reaching consquences of damaging the gains made and being seen as enemy of the youths. That's wisdom which Sandra lacks.

The truth is people should learn to accept consequences of their actions without blaming others.

The news of the Malian's military intervention in her politics calls for a critical assessment on the need for African leaders to respect the tenets of what democracy represents: which is respecting the constitutional provisions of what governs the society in question and the wishes of the governed.

Events leading the overthrow of the government of Mali clearly shows how arrogant African leaders can be having to listen to the people's demands, of which Ecowas turned a blind eye but are now crying foul as one of their member is overthrow.

Nearby Cote'di'voire have presented to us another case study where the leader openly stated his intentions to go against the constitutional provisions of the country to go for a third term later this year. Even though it is argued that is the power nudging him on, why can't he learn from history of leaders such as Nelson Mandela and GEJ who resisted such pressures by respecting the laws/peace of the land and putting their respective country above their personal whims & cravings.

In summary, I strongly believe it's high time we began seeing the military in Africa as the alternative way of disposing any democratic government that veers off or refuses to honour its allotted constitutional mandate...

What's your take?

That's the only reason why they will ever fight for power: sharing money/wealth they don't & won't sit down to think of creatively creating.

I still maintain that until an Igbo blood leads this directionless country, forget it because He/she will sit down to harness our resources (human & material) for everyone's good. Take it to the bank. Quote me if you like...
