Sit down there, let bitter people be lying to you that investors are not coming to Nigeria. We have investors in Lithium, steel, livestock, we now have the largest medical center in west African. An empty barrel makes the loudest noise, keep making noise on social media, hating on your country. Tinubu is not a noise maker, he is a doer. Baba is working all round, making things happen.

After God na Tinubu ( where's PressMyButton sef )

we also have fulani bandits and boko haram...raping and pillaging innocent Nigerians and tying up our soldiers like ileya rams being prepped for sallah day slaughter! kizz da truth!

I noticed that in the thread that was put on front page, where former Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi, is purported to have said he only claimed to be Igbo for political reasons, something was left out

I noticed that the person who posted the video carefully edited out the last one minute of the interview so people would not see what Ameachi said in its entirety. This is where the last words of Amaechi on the Igbo/Ikwerre issue:

Whether I'm an Igbo man or not is immaterial at this point in time. Again, I also argue with my brothers in the Ikwerre community, our cultures are similar, our language is also similar, the kind of food we eat is the same. So why would you deny being an Igbo man?

Scroll to the last minute of the interview below to see this part of the interview that agents of division cut off.

For every action there is an equal but opposing reaction. This is natural universal law.

The once liberal Yoruba populace is now making a 180 diametric shift to Ethnic nationalism in the face of what is IBO Marxism.

IBO Marxism isn't new. You can all thank Zik for it.

But why do Marxists and all their hydraheaded isms like Socialism, liberalism , communism and Lennism all hate and oppose Nationalism ?

The answer is simple and its because Nationalism is the very antithesis of Marxism.

Marxism like communism are an aberahation of what they claim to be against.

As Marxists claim to want to usher in an ultra liberal society devoid of ethnic , racial and class distinctions but at its core, Marxism is a tool to disarm others of their ethnic and national identities towards having an external group seize total control of society. This is why Marxists are against race , ethnic , national and even religious identity.

All Marxists revolutions have always led to an ethnic group seizing power for themselves.

To compare with communism which claims to be against capitalism , communism owes its inception and spread from western capitalists. To every capitalists out there, China is the ideal slave society were labour can be milked for next to nothing and wide profits made. Communism is extreme capitalism . unlike western capitalism that has the 1℅ billionaire class and a thriving middle class , communist societies have a 0.001℅ Trillioniare class with every one else scraping the barrel in abject poverty. In Soviet Russia, wealth and property ownership was criminalised but that didn't stop the Jewish overlords from raping that country dry. Like the slave era of early America , those who cashed out of Russia's enslavement are still the oligarchs of that somewhat liberated nation.

These are the contradictions of what Marxism represents and its a decietful mechanism to disarm ethnic identity while pushing ones own ethnic agenda.

So its only natural that the Yorubas who are not foolish to wake up from their inebriated liberal stupor state.

Terror in Mushin (Part II): Another Night, Another Attack — Ogungbaiye and Martins Streets Fall Victim

Mushin, Lagos — June 2, 2025

Just one night after the brutal murder of a teenager at No. 9 Omoniyi Street, the nightmare in Mushin continues. The most recent attack occurred last night on Ogungbaiye Street and Martins Street, further deepening the community’s sense of fear, abandonment, and outrage.

According to residents, four houses were invaded in the middle of the night by the same violent gang that has been terrorising the area for more than a year. Families were forcefully awakened and robbed at gunpoint. Some victims who attempted to resist were hacked with machetes and sustained serious injuries.

What makes this latest incident even more devastating is the widespread destruction left behind. Over twenty vehicles parked along Ogungbaiye and Martins Streets were vandalised — windows smashed, tyres destroyed, and in some cases, vehicles stripped of their parts. The sheer scale of the attack has left the street looking like a war zone, with broken glass and shattered lives littering the morning aftermath.

Once again, there was no response from the authorities. No patrols arrived. No investigation followed. Residents are no longer just afraid; they are losing faith entirely in the institutions meant to protect them. This is no longer about theft. It is sustained violence, meant to terrorise. It is coordinated and repeated, and it is happening night after night.

The residents of Mushin are exhausted. They have shouted. They have written. They have begged. Yet they continue to be ignored. Every call to the police rings unanswered. Every email to the state security address vanishes without reply. People are dying. Children are being murdered. Homes are being violated. Lives are being destroyed.

When will the government attend to our cries? This is no longer mere criminality. This is terrorism — and it is unfolding in a state with a functioning government.

If this can happen in Mushin without consequence, it can happen anywhere. The silence of those in power has become complicity. We refuse to stay silent. We demand protection. We demand justice. We demand to live without fear in our own homes.

Mushin is under siege, and the world must pay attention.

— A Worried Mushin Resident

Growing economy is beyond container economic reasons and government policy covers so many areas beyond profit making.

Israel developed her agricultural sector not because it has comparative advantage but because it is a security leverage to develop mechannised agriculture in a face of limited land and hostile neighbors.

Many of those items you listed above can well be developed and turned into profitable venture.

Malaysia doesn't have a better comparative advantage in Palm oil production until they develop that crop out seed they got in Nigeria.

Nigeria leaders are bad but it would be worse with the kind of mindset you and your people have.

Years of importation have killed the innovative and entrepreneur talent of Nigeria people, your traders mindset is not same mind you use to build thriving industries, you are used to instant gratification but building industry and a nation requires delay gratification

Yet Ndigbo have the most developed indigenous manufacturing sector...''ndi you and your people''..........!! stereotyping and over generalization does not help what is otherwise a decent contribution! In the automobile industry........we have in the southeast at least 10 local auto assembly industries! If we had other industries like rubber processing, tyre making, plastic industry, aluminium and steel making industries those automobile industries in the southeast will be household names by now!

The ground is probably too hard for the grasses to grow or the grasses aren't getting the right kind foods...
And the right grasses suitable for the environment should also be considered.

By the way, the color of the soil does suggest it needs more orginic manure to make it dark and rich in nutrients..
They can just get the dark soil from somewhere else or apply the manure directly and transplant new grasses to cover all the exposed ground.

Not that difficult to create nutrients-rich soil. They could do it on large scale probably with tractors or small/medium scale by gathering the red soil together with different organic materials like soft plants, animal wastes, etc, and allow them to decompose and become dark, then spread the soil back. This is part of the reason oyibo grasses tend to look lush green and well spread out. They feed their grasses well. I hope people can go into this business and recieve patronage from governments, estates, companies, etc

Finishing and landscaping are still a challenge for Soludo's works ministry but in time they should get it right! However, my pet peeve with the Soludo istration is the lack of a town planning philosophy that runs through the contracts and projects in our major cities ..........I noticed that the local contractors in Ekwuluobia seem to be slightly better in finishing and as a matter of fact, the designs of the projects seem to be better thought out....just saying..........Onitsha has had some road projects but the city is not really vibing for me like Awka! i dunno....

You will see tears on this thread when it gets to the front page.

A lot of people want miracles and magic to happen within 2 years of this government despite how the country has been brought to its knees for years.

This government will get it right and turn things around for good.

Tears is allowed though.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is on trial and not necessarily the Biafran struggle! The Nigerian judiciary and the much-avowed human rights of Nigeria's democracy are on trial! There is nowhere to hide! Forget the Biafran struggle....Nnamdi Kanu is fighting for your true democratic rights.......such as the right to gather, to protest, to civilly disobey, Nnamdi Kanu is fighting for Nigerians' right to self-defense etc
