On the other hand, I don't think he has any other option as he is unlikely to defeat Tinubu by himself.
However, if Peter Obi aligned with Atiku to take the power to the North before the south complete two . He is not likely to win when he contest. The South will be fractured and the North will be united in retaining the power. An agreement between Atiku and Obi is not binding on other politicians in the North.

A fair arrangement would be for Atiku to Obi for one term and for Obi to him when the power rotate to the North.

3 hrs per day X 30 days in a month is 90 hrs.
20million / 90 hrs = 222,222 per hour
222,222/48.53 per kwh for band C (lowest rate.) = 4,579 kwh
222,222/209.5 per kwh for band C (highest rate.) = 1060.73 kwh

I am not familiar with hospital operation but average of about 2500kw an hour seems high
