A TikToker recently interviewed three white-looking guys, and what he discovered completely shocked him. Though fair-skinned, these guys are all Nigerians from the northern region—Kano, to be precise. What’s even more surprising? They speak fluent Hausa! The interviewer couldn’t believe his eyes. Watch the video and share your thoughts in the comments! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0uyXZ5XTuCo?si=lsUZvJibKVpcF8TU 11 Likes 1 Share |

They were probably born and bred in Kano Don't forget Hausa is just 3 months in the north you will speak it fluently. An average Nigerian can speak Hausa, including yours truly 86 Likes 2 Shares |

Nigerians by birth. Arab by heritage. Why don’t English people celebrate me like this for speaking their language?

The interviewer got it wrong by saying "Hausa is the hardest language to learn" on the contrary, it is the easiest language to learn

Very interesting, but some disgruntled people will be boasting that their children can not speak their own language, what a shame.

Lebanese, they will always claim Nigerian while exploiting but deep within they know they are not... ![]() They hardly intermarry and partake in things anaverage Nigerian could do. Once their kids grow up to an adolescent age they push them to the Western world to explore better opportunities ![]() ![]() ![]() 18 Likes 1 Share |

I first saw it on tiktok yesterday. Nothing new though. We had them around in the 70s/80s. Many of them schooled in ISI, Marella and UI. May God judge all our leaders and those following them, for destroying Nigeria, including our education system. A British lady was interviewed by Ooni Ogunwusi in London. Her yoruba was top-notch, very fluent in it. She spent all her life here before returning to her country. The recent wave of insecurity in the land is scary...11 family buried same day. Nigerians have been relegated into mere animals. God will judge and speedily.

These ones are not even fluent.. Goto Kano and hear clear fluent hausa language from completely Lebanese guys.. Most times they'll invite outsider to come play football match with them at Lebanese club. In the 90s, we do go there to play football. They will give Jersey to the visiting team and stuff.. Very interesting memories. 4 Likes |

Hausa language the most difficult language to learn? Wrong! Hausa language is the easiest Nigerian language to learn. Reason being that Hausa people hardly have interest in learning other people's languages. Thousands of Igbos living in and around Kara, Ontisha, speak fluent Hausa even though they've never crossed the River Niger not to talk of travelling to the north. Hausa language is practically the first language of Mile 12 in Lagos. 1 Like |
