JAMB registrar Prof Ishaq should honourably resign for this abysmal failure to conduct mere UTME in the interest of the country or face sack. The integrity of JAMB is at stake with Prof Ishaq and his incompetent Board if allowed one more year.
The CEO of Educare Engr Alex Onyia should as a matter of urgency be brought to JAMB HQ to revamp the already compromised system by Ishaq and his kinsmen. If you go to JAMB HQ Yoruba is more or less a lingua franca in that organisation. JAMB has been Yorubanised and emilokaned!

COMRADES, the part I like the most in this epistle is that...JAMB has destroyed the future of some of the candidates who can't speak out! But I saw the registrar of the body shedding crocodile tears on TV while putting on Lie Mohammed cap
Anytime Nigerian leaders want to do any shoddy deal they always put the blame on computer/ system glitch, just INEC under the evil leadership of Manhood Yakubu in 2023
What else do you want from the head of JAMB?

Is it to insist that nothing was wrong with his exams or to come out to rectify the problem if it was from the commission?

Lets stop fúckin around. The entire candidates of SE region scored below 200 then some lagosians. It's obvious what they wanted to do but we're too dumb to do it well cheesy
The highest score of 376 was said to be from the SE region!

Is this a fake result or the real result?

The man that was busy talking about Sharia instead of minding his duties, what to you expect from such a man? This is an exam that comes once in a year!

According to them they noticed the so-called human error midway on the 17th session, corrected it,decided to keep mute. Also decided to release the whole results and waited for Alex to force them to it their so-called error...Inec would have asked them to go to court, knowing full well that they own the court.

This was not a glitch, it was intentional to discredit SE. But for the research and persistent calling out of Jamb but Alex Onyia, this would have been swept under the carpet.
Each time SE tops the chart, you'll see people from certain region say it's miracle center, now they've gone to the server to alter the results of hardworking children, trying to make to make it look like they were performing well in the past because of exam malpractice but aren't able to replicate same with CBT.
One thing is certain, who God has blessed NO man can curse.
Jamb registrar can continue shedding crocodile tears, We know.

Stop saying nonsense. The IT department in Jamb is headed by an Ibo man.

In a serious country, this is actually about time for Ishak Oloyede to resign honorably. The incompetence over the years is alarming.

What do you expect from a tribal bigot.

Wow, a gross misconduct from JAMB. Prof Oloyede would need to tender unreserved apologies to these talented and hadworking young folks. Mental health of these kids at stalk. However, kudos to the guy who spare-headed this!
DesChyko:
Alex Onyia is the CEO at Educare. After noticing an anomaly in the performances of JAMB UTME candidates as against their last year performance, considering the greater effort was put in.

He and his team embarked on a fact-finding mission, culminating in the discovery of the glitch that affected centres in Lagos and South Eastern Nigeria.

Alex is very ionate about educational advancement in the country. He has spearheaded various innovations targeted at placing Nigerian students competitively solid amongst their global peers.

You're probably a Gen Z but we know the strategy. For every time the Nigerian state launched an attack on the SE, they always give it an Igbo face. During the python dance carried out in Abia state, the Army spokesperson was an Igbo man, Inec spokesperson in 2023 was Festus Okoye etc.
We know the game but beyond the fact that we're always ahead, Igbos are blessed. We came from 1960 to attain this position of envy, so all these theatrics are to abysmal to stop us.

Just my musings to the FG.

1. Increase JAMB Frequency
The t issions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination should be conducted 2 to 3 times a year. This gives students multiple opportunities to succeed, reduces the pressure of a one-time exam, and aligns with global best practices.

2. Extend JAMB Result Validity
A JAMB result should be valid for at least 2 to 3 years. This will reduce the financial burden on families and give students more time to prepare for university ission processes.

3. Discourage Post-UTME Exams
Post-UTME exams should be phased out. Instead, JAMB should be strengthened to serve as a centralized, standardized, and credible assessment. Strict penalties should be enforced to curb exam malpractice.

4. Remove Limits on Institutional Applications
Students should be able to apply to as many institutions as they choose, just like in many developed countries. This allows for better matching between students and universities, increasing ission chances and reducing bottlenecks.

5. Revise University Grading System
The grading scale should be reviewed. For example, a score of 60% (not the common 70%) and above could be considered an “A”, encouraging realistic and fair academic expectations while promoting critical thinking over rote learning.

6. Link Lecturer Evaluation to Student Performance
Lecturers should be evaluated and promoted based on measurable student outcomes, teaching effectiveness, innovation, and —not just academic publications. This will encourage better teaching and student .

7. Integrate AI Across All Courses
Universities should incorporate Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies into all fields of study—medicine, agriculture, education, law, etc.—to better prepare students for the future workforce.

8. Record and All Classes
All lectures should be recorded in video format and made available to students immediately after each class. This improves learning flexibility and helps students review complex topics at their own pace.

9. Government Grants for IT and Skill Development
The government should provide targeted grants and sponsorships to IT skill acquisition for out-of-school youths and adult workers. This will boost national productivity and reduce unemployment.

10. Upgrade Curriculum for Relevance
Tertiary institutions should update their curriculum regularly to reflect current industry demands and global trends. Courses should prioritize hands-on experience, internships, and soft skills development.

11. Strengthen Student Services
Counseling, career guidance, mentorship, and mental health services should be made readily available in all institutions to holistic student development.

12. Continuous and effective workers skill upgrade measures through online course and offline mediums.

If the problem was not as a result of system failure but human error, we want to know the human that made that error. It is obviously intentional. An insider in jamb wanted to spoil the JAMB results for South East
