Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN) has said there are too many injustices in Nigeria under President Muhammadu Buhari’s government.

Falana said this while making reference to the Federal Government’s hasty decision to extradite Sunday Adeyemo, popularly called Sunday Igboho, from Benin Republic to Nigeria just like leader of proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, but now following due process in embattled police officer, Abba Kyari’s case.

Falana speaking with BBC Yoruba stressed that the present istration’s injustice is obvious which was why he was against the quick extradition of Kanu to Nigeria.

Falana said: “The Benin government made its Nigerian counterpart understand that its country is not lawless. They insisted on following the due legal processes and said without going to court, they cannot hand over Igboho to you.

“This is how it should be under the law; the judge will scrutinise Nigeria’s extradition request from Cotonou to Abuja.

“That was why I criticised the hasty transfer of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya to Nigeria. Now, the same Government wants Abba Kyari to go to court before he is transferred to the United States. And this is what the government should have done in the case of Kanu.

“There are too many injustices in Nigeria and this is not good.”

Sunday Igboho is currently undergoing trial in Cotonou, Benin Republic, after he was arrested.

The Yoruba Nation agitator was arrested at an airport while attempting to travel to after he fled Nigeria to Benin Republic after he was declared wanted by the Department of State Services, DSS, following the alleged discovery of weapons in his house in Soka area of Ibadan, Oyo State.

Left for justice , Kyari won't be extradited. But because it is coming from a country like USA,that is why they are even making a move a bit.

Nepotism is the reason for all the agitation, and insecurity going on right now.

I will say this straight... Fulani o, Arewa o or Northerners o, only have two options which they must choose one out of it...1, They drop the power for any southerner (East or West) come 2023 and we paid them back the same coins they have been dishing out to southern states in full or 2, they(North) retain the power and the country split into different countries.
But seriously, I want make the power enter South(East) and show this fuckers(Fulanis) some Mad dogs shiit

Yet they have not extradited Allen Oyenma to the same FBI since his indictment for bank and wire fraud last year.
Must be nepotism and Fulani favoritism.

IGBO ARE THIRD CLASS CITIZENS ON THEIR OWN ANCESTRAL LAND.

ONE RULE FOR KANU AN IGBO MAN.

ANOTHER RULE FOR IGBOHO AND ABBA, WHO ARE YORUBA AND HAUSA MEN.
