First of all Okorocha has no business with this form. 2ndly Rochas good governance is not a vigilante group but a pro-Rochas group founded by Pastor Onwunere in of Okorocha's good deeds. You can't Rochas good governance if you don't believe in the reason for its existence so the form is on point.
