So let us assume that he was over 30 years then say 31

31 + 19 = 50 ( minimum ) and according to him he is 43 years old.

going by his own words (Dino Melaye) He graduated at the age of 24 since He is 43 yrs old now. 43-18 is 24 years!!!!

But the University authority said he might had exempted from nysc because he was an adult when he graduated.

This is a fake report from Vanguard. ABU is yet to make any official announcement on this matter.
