APC Senator, Shehu Sani Speaks on the Arrest of Judges by the DSS, Gives Buhari Warning

A serving APC senator has given warning shot to the president over the recent incident involving the arrests of judges by the DSS. Senator Shehu Sani has aired his view on the latest gestapo method men of the Department of State Security, DSS, used in arresting judges across the country over allegations of corruption.

Sani condemned the act saying if the DSS acted without proper search warrant, what they did was totally unacceptable.

He wrote: "The raid on the residences of the Judges if done without a proper search Warant from the court is nothing but tyranny. The millions harvested from the raid of Judges residences if it’s proceeds from the sale of Justice is nothing but corruption.

Stop polluting the air with your ignorance, no search warrant can be carried out mid night. Search warrant are to be carried out between 6am to 6 pm except otherwise directed by the issuing judge or magistrate. Show us the warrant, this was how you guys lied about valid search warrant until ECOWAS court says the warrant was not a valid search warrant.
