Team Nigeria continued their impressive run on Friday at the 2016 Rio Paralympics as

Rolland Ezuruike sets a new Paralympic record of 190kg to win gold in the men’s -54kg.

His first lift of 185kg broke the previous Paralympic record before he extended it with his second lift of 190kg.

What took able bodied men 4 yrs 2 wks to win 1 bronze and silver medal...Just took 38hrs to achieve even better feat by d paralympians

what the able and well fit ones could not do what a shame and a challedge to the able ones. Kudos to them! Continue disgracing those able men and women that could not secure even a silver or Gold but rather manage to came home with only one medal and bronze in that matter. Keep it up guys i know and i believed in you guys. I trully believe you can do more than this. I hail una and we are trully proud of you guys.
