Why I no go vex, I have choked on my weeds twice already this night..... With the way things are going right now, I doubt I would be third time lucky. My bae has been farting since morning, the two last set of flatulence gave me eyeburns and made me mistakenly swallow my weeds.

Stomping palm fruit doesn't reduce who you are. For one, it actually make your feet neater than any feet treatment ever could. It's a very enjoyable form of exercise (dancing)...and you end up producing something worthwhile (palm oil). The few times I did it at the villa,I actually had to beg to be allowed to do it...and believe you me, I don't regret it one bit...

I didn't grow up in the village. But this sure looks like it would be fun doing. I always love trying new things. Hope to do it someday

I when I stopped eating locust beans because I saw one dirty looking woman dancing in a mortar full of unprocessed locust beans all In the name of processing it. I got home expressing my disgust and told my mum I was never gonna eat 'iru' anymore. She smiled and said only if I knew how palm oil is being processed but I shrugged.

After it cools down considerably. From what I know, if you stomp when the fruits are still too hot, the resulting oil will be too watery and cannot be comfortably separated...so you see, there's really something behind that job
