Next is to move to the EV mandates. Cancel everything. Next is to call up presidents of countries where Elon is getting Lithium and other minerals for his EV batteries and vehicles and tell them to cancel all mining permits and export licenses granted to Elon's companies, or risk very high tariffs and sanctions.
