Almajiri and religious extremism are the major factors that give the North it's political edge - they won't give either up easily.

The only consistent message the North should be getting from the rest of us is that, for their own good and salvation, they must 'fix up'.

Any Southern Presidential candidate who, in the audience of Northern leaders, deliberately chooses to lie to and patronise Northerners is a very dangerous person Nigeria should never make President.

This is because the very serious problems of the North, threatening to destroy Nigeria, can only be adressed most efficiently by Northerners and Northerners alone. Anyone saying otherwise, as Obi does, has ulterior motivation for such a shameless and desperate shows of deception.

It is the reason he was declared a hideous failure, as Anambra Governor, by those now praising him a messiah today because Obi and his former critics, now turned praises singers, are today both only desperate for the realisation of a singularly agenda. I.e Igbo Preaidency by any and every means possible.

Boko Haram means "education is a sin"

I have always said that Boko Haram already existed in Northern Nigeria as a core part of Northern Nigerian identity, long before it was weaponised and became a military insurgency.

Everything this man has said is true, but greedy Southern and Middle Belt politicians have betrayed their people in pursuance of their own selfish interests.

Gideon Orkar was the only man who truly understood how to get Nigeria to work.

You're right about Yoruba Muslims, although I think that in their case, they weren’t always like this.

In the past (in the 1960s, 70s, 80s etc) Yoruba Muslims didn't mix religion with politics. Even when MKO Abiola ran for the presidency in 1993 with Babagana Kingibe as his running mate, only a few people were worried about the implications of having a Muslim-Muslim presidency because everyone knew the kind of man Abiola was and they knew that he wasn't a religious fanatic.

But that is no longer the case. In the 1990s, people like MURIC would have been laughed out of the Yoruba political space, but now, not only are they accommodated, they are obeyed.

Like I said in my earlier post, the only man who understood what to do with Northern Nigeria was the late Gideon Orkar and with everyday that has ed since they murdered him, his prophecy about what will happen to Nigeria if the North was not thrown out of Nigeria, has continued to come true.
