Pls i have an interview with pharma ethics ltd at ikeja..i knw they are real,but I'm a bit skeptical abt why they are always looking for officer..the whole of last year the were advertising it almost every 3 months..does it mean is not a good place to work cos wat happened to the ones they recruit..i dont want to waste transport I'm managing.

I have in the past. I also noticed it. Maybe they haven't found the right fit. Na only God know but no harm in trying though.

Yea a bit organized though, about 10 to 12 of us applicants, in a board room, a topic for discussion was thrown open and we all were to discuss about it for or against, at the end of it all only about 4 or 5 of us if I can well moved on to the next stage and the HR asked the rest of us to go, na so interview take end oh

Yes that's how it was during my time.

Interesting! This is called "continuous Talent hunt". I guess they are much smarter than average Nigerian companies. What they are doing is keep calling large no of candidates to find very few selected but highly talented ones. To average person it may looks weird but in the era what we know as "great resignation era" it's very important to keep looking talented and keep removing least worthy people. you require to raise your skills to match theirs

It's likely it's not a good place to work. I also noticed the advertising for same role multiple times within a year. Their Glassdoor review also shows so.
