Both Eko and Ikeja DISCOS-should desolve and Park Somewhere- for a More Pragmatic Companies - to supply Energy to the over 25-Milliom People of Lagos State ,who are in total Darkness Everyday.
This is Shameful Indeed.

Isn't this the same military General Musa wants us to praise? .... it must be he lives in a bubble and don't know about this kind frequent abuse of power by his men that goes unchecked. I say it yet again .... the military should have nothing to do with civilians ... but the Commander in Chief doesn't have the balls to order them back to the barracks

This behaviour will discourage investors to come to Nigeria. Something urgent need to be done. Why would some set of people consider themselves to be above law? The military should go and generate their own electricity or be ready to live within the law of this electricity supplier.

Instead of this series of beatings, ekedc should have planned on issuing free prepaid meters to these stubborn customers. Definitely they will need to recharge & then ekedc will be gradually deducting their debts, cost of the meters and every other incurred expenses till whenever.

This is a repulsive behavior that should be scrapped.
It's time to let the military men know that they are serving the people and not the other way around.
What sort of basic training is taught during military training? They have been made to believe that they are above the laws while the elected politicians are scared of upsetting these military men for fear of coups.

Military men and women are supposed to see civilians as their masters, not the other way around. They are serving the people.

Because it happened in the South West, you are here writing NONSENSE. If it had happened in the East, the full behind this moniker would've been jubiliating.

If people like Nnamdi kanu call Nigeria a zoo people will come for his head but on a daily basis the actions of those in power keep proving that he is not lying. What do we call this? Are we in a military junta? Why so much lawlessness by those that are supposed to maintain law and order?
Everyday we hear stories about soldiers attacking policemen and vice versa and now military men attacking power workers yet we are supposed to have a government in place.
In a normal setting the guys that did this would be punished as a deterrent to others but it's clear Nigeria is not a normal country.

Nb: Those distribution guys deserve all the beatings they can get for their ineptitude but it still doesn't make it right.

It's ironic that the Commander in Chief ...and General Musa be championing democracy when in a democracy the military has nothing to do with civilians ... but here they take on the role of rogue Police and thugs. And this is supposed to be a democracy. Hypocrites in high and low places.

sensible investors won't reject power, keep the people in darkness just to prevent paying to the generating companies. This discos do this a whole lot.
