It is not President Tinubu's job to build hospitals, Private, State or Federal.

At the Federal level, he has a Health ministry that he gives a budget to and they do as they please with the money.

He also allocates money to states from the federal pot that they also do as they please with.

Peter Obi can help all he wants, Kwankwaso is the one that will get those votes in that state.

If you knew about him earlier, you would have known that his charitable giving is part of his DNA.

He has been radical about charitable donations to Health and Education and wasn't doing it for political gain but as a mission of some sort.
