Some staff of the Nigerian Ministry of Women Affairs were seen in a viral video celebrating the removal of their former principal, Uju-Kennedy Ohanenye, following her dismissal by President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday, News360 Nigeria reports.

Ohanenye was one of the ministers relieved of their duties, with the presidency announcing that she would be immediately replaced by Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, a former Minister of State for Police Affairs.

A viral video shared on X by Theo Abu captured ministry employees singing and dancing to celebrate Ohanenye’s exit. The video followed allegations of N1.5 billion in diverted funds for capital projects under her tenure, which led to a confrontation with the House of Representatives’ Committee on Women Affairs and Social Development.

Ohanenye was among five ministers sacked by President Tinubu, which also included Lola Ade-John, Prof Tahir Mamman, Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo, and Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim.

Now imagine the celebration and jubilations that would have herald Tinubu's removal.

The shouts of joy would have been unprecedented in the history of this country.

Though from her public display and utterances you will know shes bullish and unrefined.

But when you see staffs jubilating like this you will know the sacked boss was ensuring prudency and ability among the staffs, you will know the sacked boss does not give them space for late coming, absenteeism and corrupt practices.

The staffs are happy now that they can resume coming late to work, they can starting makimg choices on which day fhey will be at work or not they can resume their curropt and sharp practices again.

Naija, EVERYBODY na victim, EVERYBODY na OPPRESSOR.

That means they were all groaning under her leadership. She must be an oppressor and wasn't acting right or obviously wicked under her ministry.
Same way Staff celebrated DSS Chairman removal and replacement Yusuf Bichi who along with his wife were blatantly oppressors

She must have been very wicked to the Staff.

Any leader without empathy, lacks one of the chief ingredients or qualities of leadership that is needed to produce effective followership and optimal results.

When I was in banking, I used to have a boss that behaved like Uju.

One minute late to work - Querry.
ATM recon MUST to be done daily.
The bank's dress code MUST be strictly adhered to, a little deviation and you're back home to change, and you must return back to work that same day.

She works like a robot, and nobody likes her!
You dare not have an issue with her, she will use the bank's SOP to drag you. She knew the job inside out. But wasn't good at managing people.. Well, the Nigerians that I know, give them a small soft landing, and they'll turn the bank into a Charity organisation!

Now when you see this happening in the public sector, just know that the woman is someone who likes things done in the right way. I don't like Madam Uju.. As a matter of fact, I don't even like her face!

But you see Nigerian civil servants, aside from being dubious, they are a very lazy set of people.

They don't want to come to work, yet they want to get paid.

Most of them in that video don't contribute shi-shi to the growth of that ministry. They are just there because the Nigerian government is using the civil service as a poverty alleviation programme.

Give them a proper CBT test to confirm their employment and over 90% will fail.

Let them celebrate!
Uju will keep soaring higher.

Looking at the action of that woman during his probe by national assembly for corruption charges, you will know the woman is something else. She did not even give the ist to fully interview her. Even the permanent secretary beside her could not even defend her. This show the high handedness of the woman.
