That's basic 101. I charge any new device to 100 before use.

Buy DIY powerbank casing, buy new or used laptops battery and slot them in the case, it flexible and durable. Most importantly you will be 💯 sure of the quality of your powerbank

That's basic 101. I charge any new device to 100 before use.

Some power banks with high capacity need to be fully charged & discharged multiple times before the battery indicator self-calibrates. So it might not be a fault.

I agree with Abidema2:. Mine discharged from 60 to zero

Got the 40000 mah and the IC got burnt within 3 weeks of using it….
I just plug am over night….woke up see say power bank don swell up.
My 32k!!

Same applies to Itel power banks. It will just swell like balloon. Very useless.

You can go for Remax 60 000mah. Reliable.

I have been using oraimo power bank for almost two years. No issues with it. Depends on where you bought from.

If your phone has a good battery, who needs power bank. My phone is 10000mah and lasts me the full day on heavy usage. Power bank charges it slow.
I really laugh when I see people carrying powerbank around like drip. Especially iphone s. U hardly see any without powerbank

Bought mine since jan, its still working fine, can last up to 48hrs for me.

The 27,000 mAh is okay, but you see that 50,000 mAH, that one is pure scam. I bought mine directly from their website which they d on facebook for like 36/37k, and it's useless. Takes long to charge and will show 01% after 1 charge....

Op this happens with all power banks o. Not just oraimo. I think it's called short circuit protection. Read about it. But I use romoss and remax. Still have this issues.

I bought two oraimo 20000mah, they both got spoilt under 3months

Well others have different experiences and it's valid. I have the same experience too.

It's not rocket science to charge up to 100% before use. I did it. The OP did it. The problem is not us but the product.

Try to lay your point intelligently without concluding that People don't read or know the basic things to do.

Enter any phone shop or market and enquire about it. There's no particular plug. It's readily available.

It's very simple, oriamo products do come with their warranty, so if what you are saying is true, then it might have been factory error Wich can occur, so just file a complain and i believe your payment receipt is still very intact, from what you are saying, the issue is something immediate and oriamo do come with this 1year warranty stuff, just submit your issue on any of there social platform they will reply you, I'm talking from experience and also you will be directed to any of there care-centers and branches near you ... I believe from there, you will be given the right direction (either they give you a new one there or you are given a slip that you can show to the online respondant for them to do something) but, definitely they will give you a new one ... I bought mine from a store and like 3-4 months the stuff had issues and went back to where I got it and the guy told me what to do..
(1) if I need immediate response I need to go to there care-center (mostly, is in every state capital) or
(2)I wait for they officials when they come visiting his store he will give them
(3) he might go there(they center )anytime soon to buy stuff and probably collect a new one for me ...
I just drop the stuff with him because I'm a student and had a lot of school work ..I would be needing the stuff before my exams starts so, I gave him enough time to get it for me ..
You know how human being can be, I had to disturb him for sometimes before he did the needful and finally he told me to come get it and I have been using this one for quite a time now and everything is just fine.... "personally speaking Oriamo products are very nice/unique "
