Good day to you all. please I have an issue with my VISA. I and my friend applied together (PRIORITY) on 2nd of September but he already got his collection email on 13th while I haven't gotten mine.

My ordeal: My biometric was on 2nd of Sept, On the 7th of sept, I was called from the bank (FCMB) around 1pm to give consent concerning the British embassy confirming my statement in which I did. On the same day, I got "non-straightforward" around 3pm. Till now my application is still being received by Dmc.

My concern, the bank I use is FCMB and the type is Personal Business in which I have multiple transactions/ plenty turn over through the 28 days cos I use it a lot for business, but through out, the money never go down below the required money needed as proof of fund for my visa, could this be the reason I got the non-straightforward email? what else do you think could be the problem and what do you advice I do please?

More so, I am changing from the course I did as an undergraduate to something new entirely. could this also be the problem?

SIr, university of hull isn't cheap. Don't use this year school fees to judge because this year fee was just because of covid reason. Next year, it is going to the normal price so again, university of hull isn't cheap.

I'm applying for a dependent visa now. However when i got to the IHS surcharge part, i discovered the fee was 0$.

I was worried, but saw a part that reads:
You usually need to pay the healthcare surcharge if you’re applying for a visa or immigration application:
for more than 6 months, if you’re applying outside the UK

Then i realized, this could be as a result of the fact that the main applicant (my husband) does not have up to 6 months left on his visa.

You got it because they need more time to for your application.
Don’t bother about the tracking 2 steps could be completed in split minutes.
Changing a career path isn’t an issue with studies if you convinced the ECO.

Good evening, I am trying to apply for masters online. Here is my issue, should I use the name on my port/degree certificate (Imoleyo) which is a wrong spelling or I should use my actual name, Imoleayo? I am going to still do the affidavit though. I am confused on what name to use.

Hello good people of nairaland. I need advice on my delayed Tier4 visa. I applied to study MSc Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at the University of Hull and my class starts September 20, 2022(next week monday). I submitted my visa application on the 1st of August and completed biometrics on the 3rd of August (paid for priority service)but up till moment(30 working days), no decision has been made on my application. My school latest/alternative start date is October 15, 2021 but I need to observe the 10 days COVID 19 isolation so I should be in UK latest by October 4, so time is of the essence. I have sent paid mails twice and made escalations but the same reply I get is that my application is under processing. Earlier this year I visited south Africa and overstayed for some few days due to circumstances beyond my control and this got me a 1 year ban from south Africa which I stated in my UK visa application. A week after applying, I got a non straight forward mail so I suspect it could be because of the ban. What can I do in this situation? Is it possible they grant visa after school resumes? What can such a visa be used for since I can no longer class? Should I withdraw my application?
I am deeply worried. Please help a sister

I dont think so bcuz I use PBA from FCMB aswell and I dont get NSF I got my visa directly . I dont think Personal business [FCMB] could be that problem. Just keep praying bro
