As a Customer Care/Sales Representative, you will be the face of Guru Logistics, providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and driving sales growth. If you have a ion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you!

*Responsibilities:*

- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Drive sales growth by promoting Guru Logistics' services and solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

*Requirements:*

- 1-2 years of experience in customer care, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong product knowledge of logistics and delivery services (training provided)
- Proficiency in the use of Computer
